We are currently experiencing an exceptionally high volume of enquiries from around the world. We are working really hard to respond as swiftly as possible, however this is taking us longer than usual.

We may take up to 5 working days to respond. But, we do promise to respond to every query we receive and to help you as quickly as we can.

***The shipping of any items replaced under our guarantee will not be shipped until January 2019. We are not able to confirm exact dates, but we will get things shipped as quickly as possible. This is due to our annual stock take and operational shutdown over the festive period. Our offices are closed from Monday 24th December to Wednesday 2nd January 2019 and there will be no-one available to respond during this period. We will aim to reply within 5 business days on our return.***
